Few months back I had the chance to visit R/GA, a digital media agency, to discuss some work projects. This is when I first learned about the “Nike+”, which was one of the many innovations and concepts introduced by this agency. Nike+ is simply syncing your Nike running shoe to your iPod to know the distance you actually ran, how many calories you’ve burned, and then to profile all that data to your Nikeplus.com account and compare it with other runners all around the globe.

Today, I got my Nike+ kit, including:

Nike+ Shoe, sports kit, and the carrying case

• Nike+ shoes (Air Pegasus +25; Black)
• Nike+ Sensor and adapter
• Nike+ kit carrying case
• And of course, I already have my iPod nano which is compatible with this kit, but before using be sure to update your iTunes and iPod software to the latest versions.

A malaysian billionaire, a part of an asian (Indian- Malaysian) consortium to buy Alkharafi-lead 46% shares of the Kuwaiti Zain (Formerly MTC; Mobile Telecommincations Company).

The 57 aged business man, is worth 2 bil dollars according to Forbes magazine, which puts him as #605 in the list of World’s billionaires.

Syed started his own career back in the early 1990′s selling rice and sugar and moved as a rocket to be a very well-know billionaire accross the globe, controlling MMC (Malaysia Mining Corp), having stakes in Malaysia Johor port, as well as Malakof; The country’s largest independent power producer.

It’s also worth saying that Mr. Syed has established his own charity foundation “Albukhary Foundation” offering full scholarships to students from poor countries to persue tertiary education in Malaysia.
