My experience with @Sultan_Center
I drop by Sultan Center almost every weekend to take a look at their latest BluRay collection, and buy a couple of new movies if available. I went there last weekend and had the usual walk around here and there, got “MI4: Ghost protocol” BluRay and some other stuff, the thing is that I forgot the movie at the cashier, and didn’t realize that until I got back home. I admit that I was too lazy to go pick it up and decided to leave it there till the next day. Well, two days have passed until yesterday as I was close to Sultan Center alsalmiya, so I went there to pick it up.
I told the cashier about the whole thing.. and with a smile on her face she said “No problem sir, would you please wait for a minute? I’ll go check for it“, so I said OK! Take your time. She came back with a log, which was very organized, neat, listing every lost item they have found, full item description, with the date and time! “Here is it But, I’m sorry sir we put the item back on shelf, would you please go and pick the same item you purchased last time?” she said, and asked me politely to sign on the log to confirm picking up my movie! And by the way, having my Sultan Card with me made it a lot easier to track the item.I know, the incident was nothing to speak of.. “So he lost his movie.. big deal!”.. What mattered to me, and for sure matters to anyone else, is that great behavior and organization of the Sultan Center staff in Salmiya!
I have sadly remembered another incident I had in a Co-op, in which the attendant was too busy to even listen to me asking him about my lost wallet! “Not our problem! go report it“.. How professional! Whatever…
Anyway, Thank you Sultan Center for the great customer service
