VIVA applies a new “daily” data cap

 

 

 

 

VIVA has recently applied new data usage caps on all its data packages – I got the confirmation from VIVA’s customer support center 102. I know how this feels to all VIVA internet users, but…

I have an important point to clarify, which I think VIVA would agree with and support, “ALL”… and I mean “ALL” telecom companies across the globe apply data usage caps to deliver a quality service by providing a high speed connection for all users. Broadband Internet connections are shared by all subscribers in one network, and believe me, if ”1%” of users are abusing their subscriptions, they WOULD DEFINITELY affect the whole network performance.

So, guys, please cheerup, this is normal :)
