“Saher Al Lail” beats #ZwaratKhamees
This is how I see it, and this is my personal opinion! I promised to write a post about Saher Al Lail, and why I personally love it. First of all, the story takes us to late 60′s early 70′s, an era that I have always wished to live in – born 1980 :\ – when simple life and real love existed…
The series discuss different social views about love and marriage, and there’s a cheater as well! yes!! Shaikha’s husband (Actor: Abdulmohsin Alqaffas) cheats on her with an unknown woman because his wife (Actress: Jawaher) treated him badly, which makes sense!
The story is so real to the extent that you would link it with real life situations anyone would face in his normal life. They talk naturally – no fake expressions nor “Fu97a” words like “Jeddan” or “Qaasya”! If you have at least watched one episode you would have met the two love-birds couples; Nasser & Lulwa (Abdullah Bo Shehri & Haya Abdulsalam), and Nawaf & Dalal (Mahmoud Bo Shehri & 9omood)… I love the story, I love the way it was directed by Mohammed Daham Alshammeri.

Wallah the best series in Ramadan is Saher illail. I love how they look so natural, the hair looks natural, no excessive make-up. They’re dressed in a very simple way when they’re at home which looks so real.
I love how the decoration looks so 70s. It’s about time that they pay attention to the details. And the scenes outdoors have no signs that it was filmed at this time.

Zwarat Khamees on the other hand is written so poorly, not realistic. Heba Hamada didn’t do a good job but we still watch it.

But in the end what counts is the number of viewers, hype and ratings
Most hate Zwarat El Khamees but suddenly they can’t wait for the next episode… Most criticized and most watched
Whether we hate it or not .. its the winner.

the director should be awarded after this brilliant work
